Our all new Prima Series is a fun and challenging high intensity workout designed to take your Ballet Beautiful Body to the next level. Prima Series: Center Toning with Weights is a targeted 10-min workout that incorporates light weights with cardio work to strengthen and tone sleek muscles in your legs, butt and core while keeping your heart rate up for an added burn.
