Barre Stretch & Posture Work
Stretch your ballet muscles! This ten minute stretch focuses on releasing tension in the legs and upper body while building beautiful posture. Lengthening movements along the barre stretch and extend muscles in the legs, along with arm movements to build control and strength through the arms and upper body.
*Please note for viewers at home a chair, wall or hard surface such as a counter may be used in place of the barre.
Dance experience not required.
