Plié Barre Burn
Every ballet class begins with a series of plies at the barre, making Plie Barre Burn an excellent foundation for a challenging, full body workout. This ballet-inspired workout incorporates key aspects of classical ballet training to sculpt muscles that are powerful but lean, strengthening and toning the legs, butt and core. The ballet barre helps with balance while allowing for a deeper burn. For a greater challenge pair with other Ballet Beautiful cardio workouts or enjoy on its own.
